Manaslu Circuit with Annapurna Circuit trek ~ Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Altitude: 1400m/4593ft
Accommodation: Three star hotel
Upon your arrival at the airport, a team member will be there to greet you and facilitate your transfer to your hotel in Thamel. Thamel, centrally located in Kathmandu, is renowned for its bustling atmosphere, featuring a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops offering authentic Nepalese goods and trekking equipment.
Day 2
Free day for trekking preparation

Day 3
Drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola
Distance: 157km (by road)
Duration: 8-9 hours
Altitude: 930m/3051ft

The drive from Kathmandu to Machha Khola takes 8-9 hours, covering approximately 160km. the journey starts on a paved highway to Dhading followed by rougher roads to Arughat an Soti Khola. From Arughat the route becomes bumpy and off road. The drive offers stunning views of hills, rivers and villagebut requires patience due to road conditions.
Day 4
Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat
Distance: 17km (trek)
Duration: 7 hours
Altitude: 1340m/4396ft

Today is the first day of our trek. You walk through the village of Khorlabesi during the early part of the day and make your way to Tatopani (natural Hot water), famed for its natural hot springs. A steep climb leads to Dobhan. Today stay overnight at Jagat.

An acclimatization day in Samagaun during the manasalu circuit. trek helps trekkersadjust to the altitude. Popular activities includes hike to Pungyen Gompa (4060m) for stunning glacier views or a treks toward Manaslu Base Camp (4800m). Explore the village and its Buddhist culture is also a great opportunity to visit.

Samagaun to Samdo

From Bhimthand to Dharapani it offers stunning views of manaslu, Himlung and Annapurna ranges. you will descend through lush Rhododendron and Pine forest, cross suspension bridges and pass charming villages like Gho and Tilije. The Marsyangdi river valley and changing landscapes make this section of the manaslu circuit scenic and diverse.

Dharapani to Chame

Final Departure
Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some leisure time after breakfast to further explore Kathmandu.
