Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a minimum 20% partial payment or full payment, unless otherwise specified in writing by Nepal Royal Tourism Holiday Pvt. Ltd. The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trip commences.

Payment Options:

Payments can be made online through our website, via wire transfer, or using credit or debit cards. We accept all major currencies at the exchange rate prevailing on the day of payment.

A 3.5% bank fee will be added to the total cost for clients paying by credit or debit card.

Porter Weight Limit:

Each porter can carry up to 20kg (10kg per trekker), including their own backpack (maximum 4kg). Please pack responsibly.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations within 30 days of departure incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Nepal Royal Tourism Holiday Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any tour before departure, issuing a full refund.
  • Clients canceling after arriving in Kathmandu and paying the full amount receive a refund of the balance after deduction of incurred costs, such as flight ticket cancellation fees, hotel cancellation fees, partial payments to porters, etc..
  • Refunds will be processed promptly, but please note that it may take up to 15 days for the refund to be credited. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
Travel Insurance:

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances. Insurance is provided only for our guides and porters.

Itinerary Changes:

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances. or events beyond our control. We assure you that we will make every endeavor to offer appropriate alternatives in such situations.

Travel Documents:

Traveler’s are responsible for ensuring all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, permits, etc.) are valid before departure. We cannot be held liable for any expenses resulting from missing or invalid documents.

Note: Passport validity should extend at least 6 months from the arrival date.

Health and Fitness:

Traveler’s must ensure they are medically fit for the chosen tour. We reserve the right to refuse service to unfit traveler’s.

Early Return:

No refunds for early returns; payments are non-refundable as guides and porters must be paid for the original booked days.

Domestic Flight Delay:

Clients are accountable for any extra hotel expenses incurred due to flight delays or cancellations, as mountainous weather conditions are unpredictable, potentially resulting in flight cancellations. Despite their beauty, the mountains’ unpredictability can impact travel plans.

Rescheduling:

If you’re unable to travel due to genuine circumstances like personal injury, illness, or other unavoidable events such as the death of a close relative or friend, redundancy, or jury duty, you can postpone or transfer your booking to another individual, provided they meet all tour requirements. Please note, an additional $100 fee applies to this service.

Limitation of Liability:

We act as an agent for independent suppliers and assume no responsibility for any incidents during the tour.
